The Italian Deal

After watching her mother's sufferings after she became a widow, Alice was clear about what she wanted in her life. And love was not included in it.

But as she was forced to marry a complete stranger, Alice was now thrown into a world of guns and violence, a world she was never been to.

Alice thought she would never fall in love with her devil of a husband but when jealousy, games, lies, and their twistedly connected past came to test their marriage of convenience, priorities were changed, fears began to resurface and Alice was feeling more than lust for her husband.

An old promise.

Some rusty bonds.

Along with some new ones.

"What?" He looked at me in confusion but thehumorr was clear in his voice.

"Say another shit so it will be an even number, " I said and this time I was red from the embarrassment.
